We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 working days from delivery.

All products to be returned must be in their original packing and be in an unworn condition. Please get in contact before returning any jewellery so we know to look out for your parcel. We will not exchange goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of wear. In this instance, the goods will be returned to the buyer at their own cost.

We are not liable for any postage costs incurred by you when returning unsuitable items to us and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty, please conatct us and then return the piece to us within 14 days from receipt, for replacement or repair as appropriate. Any postage costs incurred by you in returning faulty items to us will of course be refunded to you.

When ordering rings, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size. However, should your ring not be a perfect fit, please contact us and we'll either re-size or swap it for you!
